Jennifer Calderone, MA, NCPT
Jennifer believes that the practice of Pilates is the art of human body maintenance, and that the teaching of Pilates is Physical Education — a liberal art. As a Pilates teacher, her priority is to promote and protect a client’s bodily integrity so that they can build sound strength, agility, and flexibility, while educating her clients about the science and the art of human bodily movement. She approaches each client as the individual they are, challenging them to the height of their personal ability with care and attention to their movement goals.
Jennifer is constantly working to improve her understanding of bodies and how to keep them well and moving with ease through the Pilates method. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher through the National Pilates Certification Program (NPCP). She trained to teach Pilates at the Pilates Center in Boulder, Colorado, and has studied Pilates for pelvic floor health in pregnancy and menopause with Carolyne Anthony. In 2023, Jennifer completed Heritage Training with Cara Reeser, which focused on the work of Kathy Grant, one of the foremost interpreters of Joseph Pilates’ method.
Jennifer’s specialties are Pilates for pelvic floor health, Pilates for menopause, and (counterintuitively!) Pilates for men.
Linda Magid
Linda is a personal trainer and fitness instructor in Denver teaching mat Pilates, barre, strength, and Zumba. She has been teaching 11 years to all ages. Besides her format certifications, she also has specialized training with older populations.
Tricia Daly
Tricia is comprehensively certified (500 hour teacher training) through BASI and with mat certification through Equinox. Tricia has always loved movement and spent most of her teens and twenties running, which often left her feeling depleted. During the pandemic, she transitioned into low impact, mind-body focused movement like yoga, pilates, and barre and was able to tune in and trust what her body needed for the first time. Tricia’s approach to exercise is “it’s never too late to start” and “some movement is better than none.”
Tricia is from Buffalo, NY and graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she studied health policy and management. She worked in corporate strategy for 7 years before transitioning to a career in Pilates. When she’s not teaching, you can find Tricia walking with her husband, working on house projects at her cabin or cooking dinner for friends and family.
